Executive Summary

Although it is normally written last, your executive summary provides an introduction to your entire business plan. The first page should describe your non-profit's mission and purpose, summarize your market analysis that proves an identifiable need, and explain how your non-profit will meet that need.

Our Higher Executive summary is:

For we are HIS workmanship created in Christ Jesus for good works prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.

Who:

We are His

Workmanship

What:

Created in Christ Jesus

for good works

Why:

Prepared beforehand that

we should walk in them

Now the specific good work that we will be speaking of and making an appeal for you to join is

The James House Ministry / Company.

The James House Ministry has been created to fulfill The Book of James 1:27

"27 Pure religion and undefiled before our God and Father is this: to visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unstained by the world."

or as we put it into our own words

"We fight for the fatherless and forgotten in Fond du Lac County."

We: Those who are wanting to serve God and serve our Community have made it our aim to help two groups where we identify they are suffering.

Fatherless: We have created several unique environments to mentor and become a type of long term father figure to those who have lost that benefit in life.

Forgotten: We have developed two ways to serve the elderly in the community with the overflow of energy from helping the fatherless

.

I will restate now the executive summary now again in another way.

We have identified two needs in our community. We see the condition of a young person developing and maturing into adulthood without the guidance and security of a father steadily growing in our community. We have also seen the burden or the elderly increasing to a point we must begin soon to brainstorm ideas or there will be tragic consequences. We have now for the past four years built a program that matures and develops not only the physical abilities to work with the hands but also cultivates compassion of the heart so that young people want to help their neighbors. In our case we have asked that the young take as a life long object of their affection the care for our elderly neighbors.

We see this as the perfect win, win, win situation. We, that is you, and I who want desperately to help our communities flourish will spend the lion share of our creative energy pouring into the youth of the community. In turn, the gratitude of the youth will respond will a surplus of energy and resource to bear up some of the burdens of the honored generation all around us.

The rest of the Ministry Plan will go through in detail how we will exactly carry out this great assignment but also show you how you can get involved.
